AI Global Enablement Academy | Hearing, 30 September 2026
Thank you for shortlisting XU. Today we recap our offer in a few clicks, answer the four questions you sent us, and open our content library live.
No slides today. The XU team built this site with AI, as a working example of what we teach.
Your XU team
Every key role has a named deputy, and capacity is ring-fenced before contract start. These are the people KION works with.
Executive Sponsor | CRO
McKinsey background. Strategic direction and board-level accountability.
Engagement Lead
The one number KION calls: scope discipline, commercial steering, quarterly reviews.
Lead Instructional Designer
Curriculum architecture across Levels 0 to 3, built as a configuration layer.
Program Manager
Program operations and cohort logistics: 24 sprints across three regions, on schedule.
Lead Facilitator | EMEA, Americas, APAC
Hands-on facilitation and use-case coaching in the sprint room.
Localization, QA | Tech Integration
The nine-language production line and SCORM validation against Workday.

How we deliver | Our approach
KION asked for a real shift in how 42,000+ people work alongside AI. Our answer is one engine in five movements, built on a library that already exists.
One enablement engine | five movements
From external dependency to internal AI masteryBaseline and literacy at scale
AI inside each colleague's real work
Workflows changed function by function
Agents and reusable assets in KION's own AI environment
Super Users and measurement carry it into the line organization
Co-creation
We arrive with a library that exists and configure it with your IT, HR, Legal and Compliance. The assets carry KION's name, not ours.
Sovereignty
Our share of live delivery falls year by year, reported in every quarterly review. From month 25 there is no XU delivery in the plan.
Speed
Responsible AI goes live in Q4 2026 in all nine languages, because the English and German source material already exists in the XU library.

How we deliver | The Academy
We validate KION's four-level model and sharpen it in two places: Level 1 as an optional 1A, 1B, 1C progression, and Level 3 as two tiers with differentiated investment.
Six journeys, built on KION's six persona groups and the eight functions named in the Q&A
Source: Proposal, p. 9, 11 and 18
How we deliver | Levels 0 and 1
Mandatory for all | Workday Learning | live Q4 2026
Optional for all | 1A, 1B, 1C
Building on KION's own content
The GenAI Basic Training from KION IT and the Digital Skills Learn & Share material are reviewed with your team, referenced where they hold and re-cut where the AI Policy has moved past them.
Frontline and deskless
KION's own teams deliver in-person training for the 40% deskless population. XU supplies the content, the facilitator guides and the train-the-trainer that certifies KION's facilitators.
Source: Proposal, p. 12, 13 and 28
How we deliver | Level 2 Applied Practice
Applied Practice moves use-case building from external consultants to KION's own practitioners. Every sprint is co-facilitated with KION.
KION's tool portfolio
No-code: Microsoft 365 Copilot, KION GenAI Chat. Low-code: Copilot Studio, Power Platform, KION Knowledge Assistant. Pro-code: KION Model Gateway. The method stays tool-agnostic.
Into KION's pipeline
Redesigned workflows, working prompts and agents, and a business case that enters KION's MG0 to MG5 schema at MG1 or MG2. Prioritization with the AI Powerhouses, approval by the AI Board.
Certification
Practitioner certification on a submitted use case. An external route with an accredited body, first candidate TÜV Nord, is examined in Phase 0.
Scope boundary. XU designs and enables. Configuration and deployment happen in KION's own environment, together with KION IT.
Source: Proposal, p. 14 and 25
How we deliver | Level 3 Super Users
The 24 XU sprints are the engine, not the ceiling. Level 3 graduates build agents and redesign workflows. The super user core changes how the business operates.
Tier 1 | Level 3 practitioners
~2,250-3,000
Across Levels 2 and 3: our reading of KION's 15% target applied to the 15,000 to 20,000 device base, to be confirmed in Phase 0.
Tier 2 | Super User core
25-50
The size KION has confirmed, with a deeper accelerator.
The sustaining delivery layer
Train-the-trainer prepares Super Users to run internal formats themselves. Co-design sessions define assistants, skills and agent workflows per role. From month 13 they run further sprints with XU materials.
What this asks of KION
The investment pays back only if people are freed, recognized and measured: written time allocation and line-manager sign-off at nomination.

How we deliver | Leadership, human skills and activation
Executive and leadership enablement | Option B
Human skills, woven into every journey
Change and activation | Option C

How we deliver | Timeline
Contract start 1 October 2026. Phases overlap deliberately, and a pilot per level is an option.
Discovery, 60-day baseline capture, works council and data protection route, Workday tenant validation, hub advisory.
Responsible AI live in all nine languages, SCORM-validated in Workday Learning.
AI Literacy open to all employees, nine languages from the start.
Applied Practice for Levels 2 and 3, in person. Use cases enter the MG0 to MG5 schema.
Champions network and learning offerings solidified, super user core of 25 to 50 defined.
Scaling through the champion network, handover to certified internal facilitators, content refresh, impact reporting.
Source: Proposal, p. 28
How we deliver | Quality and impact
Measurement on three levels
Mapped to KION's own impact-estimation logic. Proposed corridors, reset against a 60-day baseline in Phase 0:
Certification per level
External route for Levels 2 and 3 with an accredited body. First candidate: TÜV Nord, which already certifies XU as an AZAV provider.
Governance
Data protection and security. EU hosting, GDPR incl. DPA and TOMs, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TISAX, AZAV-accredited by TÜV NORD. Aggregated reporting with no ranking of individuals. No KION content is used to train models.

Commercial offer | Pricing logic
KION told us it is buying tailoring, not construction. The price follows that split, exactly as RfQ section 7 asks.
Development | RfQ: content and customization
The Level 0 and Level 1 core content already exists in the XU library and is not re-authored. We price the configuration: KION AI Policy alignment, KION examples and personas, localization and QA.
Deployment | RfQ: delivery
Live delivery, facilitation, cohort management and program management, priced per session, per cohort or per user.
Licensing
Library content as enterprise licenses. No XU platform license and no per-user platform fee in the Workday-first model.
Not included
AI tool licenses and tenant setup, travel, accommodation and venue, interpretation, third-party licenses, external certification fees.
Assumptions
Volume assumptions per module are stated in the proposal. Prices are binding under those assumptions.
Source: Proposal, p. 37
Commercial offer | Rates and terms
The base program and options are fixed prices. The rate card only applies to work beyond the fixed scope: additional languages, cohorts, refresh work after month 24 and change requests.

Your four questions | Dirk Kronfeld, KION
You sent us four questions ahead of this hearing. Each one gets its own page, with our answer and what already stands in our offer.
Question 1 of 4 | Scaling Level 2
Our answer
The 24 XU sprints are the engine, not the ceiling. KION's own Super Users carry Level 2 further, and our offer already sizes the time this takes.
Question 2 of 4 | The existing library
Our answer
Yes. Our English and German library for Levels 0 and 1 exists today, and we open it live in a few minutes.
Question 3 of 4 | Can we deliver it?
Our answer
Yes, we can deliver it. Our own core team leads, backed by named references at enterprise scale, and we are open about the partners who extend our reach.
Question 4 of 4 | Workday
Our answer
Not yet with Workday as the leading system, and we say that openly. Delivering SCORM into enterprise learning systems is our standard, and we have done it many times on other systems.

EY Partnership
Together, XU and EY have built five academies, and XU is an official enablement partner of EY. For KION, that means global delivery capacity behind one XU contract.
